This 20 year old young man shared with us his goals for Rhinoplasty surgery.  He felt his nose drooped, and he wanted to remove the bump. Dr. Philip Solomon performed Closed male rhinoplasty and created a nose that is both masculine and balanced with his other facial structures. An osteotomy was carried out to narrow the bridge, the distance from the nasal tip to his face was reduced and a graft was used to support the nasal tip. His results are natural and masculine.
