Before and After Ethnic Rhinoplasty with Dr. Philip Solomon of Toronto. Dr. Philip Solomon performed an ethnic Rhinoplasty using a rib graft to help augment, reshape and refine the nose. This 46 year old female wanted a more feminine and refined nasal shape.
