Alar Reduction - Before & After

Before and after Alar Reduction Surgery with Dr. Philip Solomon of Toronto. Our 34 year old patient underwent Type 2 Alar Reduction for nasal refinement. She felt her nasal base was too wide for facial shape and wanted a narrower nasal appearance. The procedure is carried out under local anesthesia and requires sutures for 7-10 days.

Swelling should dissipate between 1-3 months following surgery. Before and after alar reduction pictures with Dr. Philip Solomon are 6 weeks apart.
