Before and after Deep Plane Facelift Surgery with Dr. Philip Solomon of Toronto. This 54 year old patient is now in her 4th week of recovery following Deep Plane Facelift Surgery. Her main concerns were the skin laxity of the lower face which extended into the neck, giving her an aged appearance. We performed a Deep Plane Facelift under IV sedation in a 3 hour surgery at the Solomon Nasal and Facial Plastic Surgery Centre in Toronto.
