Before and After Neck Liposuction with Dr. Philip Solomon of Toronto. This young woman came to us for facial contouring. She wanted to address her cheeks, jawline and neck. We recommended and carried out a combination treatment of neck liposuction and buccal fat removal. Excess fat was removed through an incision inside the mouth in the buccal region, as well as through a cannula beneath the earlobes and chin.
